Guestdesk, Reservations Made Simple

Guestdesk is a secure application that dramatically increases the speed and ease-of-use of delivering hotel and room information over the Internet, including features that prevent the consumer from getting bogged down in the usual page-to-page processes associated with creating a reservation online.

Guestdesk allows affiliated hotels or property management companies to designate a specific number of rooms to be available each night over a specified amount of time, or if applicable via direct connection, pull directly from the hotel's existing property management system. These rooms are then sold over the Internet via the Guestdesk system, which is seamlessly integrated throughout each proprietary hotel website. Allowing properties to retain control of their room inventory, as well maximize their revenue, Guestdesk provides hotels with the ability to update the availability of the rooms, schedule black out periods, and configure surcharges, discounts and minimum night stays. The system also provides the option to dynamically package accommodations with golf, tours, and attractions.
